My Journey
My journey includes more than 15 years specializing in health promotion and chronic disease prevention, supported by three master’s degrees—including Exercise Science and Psychology in Health—along with advanced certifications in diabetes prevention, weight management, and menopause coaching.
But my commitment to metabolic health isn’t just professional—it’s personal.
After turning 50, I started experiencing hypoglycemic episodes and struggled to understand why. It wasn’t until I recognized the need to reduce my carbohydrate intake—even the healthy ones—that everything began to make sense. By focusing on high-quality carbs, making thoughtful adjustments to my nutrition, incorporating regular exercise, and managing stress, I transformed my health. I lost weight, regained my energy, and felt truly empowered for the first time in years.
This experience shaped my BOOST framework, a holistic approach that combines Balanced nutrition, Optimized movement, Owning your rest, Simplifying stress management, and Taking consistent action.
